Towergate Employee Benefits rebrands to Everywhen

Towergate Employee Benefits has announced its rebrand to Everywhen, with the new name being rolled out across all assets.

The firm’s parent company Ardonagh Advisory, the Ardonagh Group’s UK platform, began the switch to the new brand in May 2025.

It now encompasses more than 45 trading names and covers sectors from insurance and pensions to financial advice and risk management, including brokers, providers, and specialists.

The consultancy said that moving to a new united brand was a natural evolution for the business, which has become one of the largest intermediaries in the UK.

Everywhen employs more than 4,500 staff across over 100 offices around the UK.

It works with businesses of all sizes, aiming to boost productivity through health and wellbeing.

This includes healthcare benefits, pensions and financial wellbeing, and strategic benefits consultancy.

Utilising digital platforms and apps, Everywhen is seeking to support businesses in connecting their people strategy with their business goals.

“Becoming Everywhen symbolises the unifying of our people with a single brand, vision, and purpose,” said Everywhen CEO of health and employee benefits, Iain Laws.

“We have always stood together with our customers and clients, now we are able to stand together with the other experts within the business too, bringing everything under one umbrella and creating easy access to great expertise and support.

“Our clients will be supported by the same people, with the same experience, expertise and professionalism, just under a new name. Becoming Everywhen means everybody benefits.”
