Pension Fusion has now passed the 5 million scheme members milestone, Altus has announced.

Altus confirmed that it has now been appointed as the Integrated Service Provider (ISP) for over 20 pension providers, who between them represent a user base of over 5.5 million scheme members. Pension Fusion is a joint proposition between Altus and ITM, which offers a software solution, infrastructure and data management, connecting data providers to the pensions dashboards ecosystem.

Standard Life has introduced a new virtual reality capability to help employers and trustees experience the challenges faced by vulnerable customers.

The experience has been introduced at Standard Life’s Edinburgh Innovation Lab and is being used to identify customer challenges and showcase and collaborate on proposition development with workplace clients. Alongside this, the workplace pension team are using the Innovation Lab to showcase broader proposition development, to show them aspects of the Standard Life digital customer experience, including customer journeys and features of the app, as well as investment strategies and support for customers.

Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has announced the launch of its Sustainable Short Duration Corporate Bond Fund.

The fund is the latest addition to RLAM’s Sustainable Investment fund range, and assesses the environmental, social and governance (ESG) profile of bonds whose expected duration is 2.5 to 3 years. Returns will be further underpinned by prioritising issuers offering additional bondholder protections wherever possible, reducing potential exposure to downside risk. The fund will be managed by RLAM senior fund manager, Shalin Shah, and fund manager, Matt Franklin, Fund Manager.
