Commenting on the announcement, Zedra CEO, Ivo Hemelraad, said: “The synergies between CreaPartners and Zedra further cement our joint approach to being a partner of choice to clients in the Corporate and Fund sectors. We look forward to working with the CreaPartners team.

“I am confident this advancement will add great value to our clients and employees around the world who will benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experience that the CreaPartners team brings.”

The CreaPartners board added: “Our clients recognise us as a partner of choice thanks to our working model, advanced technology and our in-depth understanding of the Luxembourg and international legal, regulatory and fiscal environment.
