Appointments update 19 March

SEI has appointed Brian McCauley as a client director in SEI’s institutional group based in London and will be responsible for servicing SEI’s institutional clients in the UK. He will report to Nigel Down head of client service for the EMEA region.

McCauley brings significant consulting experience to the role having worked as a senior investment consultant at Buck Consultants where he was responsible for fiduciary management research and selection. Prior to this position, he worked at Aon Hewitt, Blackrock, and Fidelity.

SEI has also expanded its alternative investments team with the appointment of Owen Khonje. Khonje ,who joins SEI from the investment team at Barclays Bank Plc’s DB Scheme. He will work within SEI’s investment management unit and will focus primarily on private market strategies including private equity, real estate, and real asset initiatives.

Old Mutual Wealth has appointed Mary-Anne McIntyre as chief distribution officer, reporting to chief executive Paul Feeney. Her role will draw together on all distribution activities across Old Mutual Wealth’s vertically integrated business, as well as product development and marketing.

McIntyre joins from Openwork where she was chief executive. Her experience in the financial services sector is exceptional, having held other pivotal board and leadership positions at Fidelity International, Invesco Perpetual and Deloitte.

GenLife has appointed former city tax and intellectual property barrister Andrew Eborn as chairman.

Eborn, who is an expert in international licensing and global Film, TV and sports rights.
